First, the owner clearly enjoys ignoring noise complaints, because music blared at 6 am, and I was forced to deal with it. Not very relaxing, is it? I expected at least a welcome smile or a complimentary gesture for my hassle, but I guess that's just too much to ask. Truly disappointed.

Property was ideal, I enjoyed the stay.
Would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again. By and large, it was holiday base for sightseeing in Manchester, had much fun. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge in the bright room. The airport was 20 km away.

Thanks a lot guys for the service! It's good base for sightseeing and exploring Manchester. A standard king room has basic facilities you need...

The spacious communal lounge and dining area were perfect for relaxing and socializing.
The location, although vibrant, required quite a trek to access public transport, making it less convenient for getting around.

The Standard Double Room with Shared Bathroom felt really spacious and super clean. Cleanliness throughout the common areas stood out. I loved having my own TV. It made unwinding after a day out easy. The shared kitchen had great facilities, and tea and coffee were readily available. Parking turned out to be confusing with recent changes. There were also some noise disturbances from other guests late at night, which disrupted my sleep. The lack of clear room temperature control instructions made adjusting the heating a bit tricky. The vibrant atmosphere around the hotel felt lively, and the location was convenient, close to various attractions, but public transportation required a bit of a walk. A little more clarity on parking and room features would enhance the stay significantly.

Cleanliness focus throughout the common areas was appreciated.
The room I stayed in was cramped. I reminded me of I was in a box rather than a comfortable space. The noise insulation was shockingly poor, allowing sounds from adjacent rooms to disrupt my sleep constantly. The owner's dismissive attitude towards noise complaints, as I had expected at least some level of concern for my comfort.

A perfect spot for solo travelers
Beautiful, spacious and super clean. It really reminded me of home. Had my own t. V in the room, so I could binge-watch my shows without any interruptions, that was a real treat. The staff were super quick to respond whenever I needed anything.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth it.

Strongly recommend for a mini-vacation
Clean room, friendly staff, I appreciated the quick access to free wi-fi and enjoyed using the electric kettle in my Standard Double Room with Shared Bathroom during my three-night stay while being just 18 km from the nearest airport.
Absolutely nothing to criticize.
